You can’t help but feel drained, down and depressed when you live a stressful life where you’re constantly racing against time, running around the city and stuck in traffic.
But I searched and studied the foods that contain the same chemicals in drugs like Prozac and cocaine, since I absolutely don’t condone drugs and other ‘happy’ stimulants. So make a list, go shopping and buy these foods that’ll make you happier, calmer, energized and healthier.
