Yoga is perfect exercise and this exercise gives positive effects on the mind, body and on your health. Sometimes, it is great challenge for the people to find time and energy and it can become a challenge for the people. 2.         You should take exercise of yoga from 15 to 30 minutes. You can go to the nearest yoga studio and take the class of 90 minutes. 3.         The people should get the time over the internet for the ‘inner net’. You can take this time out from cutting short time from the social media, sending two emails and testing and you can get the advantage of these 15 minutes for your health and fitness.

What is the best way to get into the right frame of mind for yoga?

The people should start the exercise with the atmosphere by lighting the candle and have the great view outside the window so that you can get the more zen space. If you enjoy with the music also then you can enjoy and it will also make it easier.

You can start with ‘breath appreciation’ as most of the yoga instructors say to have the deep breathing and we can do it. I also like to make an enjoyment by taking breath in the tight places in your body. If you feel any part tight in your body then you should allow the breath to penetrate in such places and it should be remembered that replacer the tightness in your body with lightness.

Are there any specific exercises you’d recommend to begin the day with?

There are three sun salutations, which takes three minutes and the triangle and revolve the triangle for one minute on both legs. If you want to heat up then you should get the crow pose, one minute for seated forward fold and also has the spinal twists on each side for one minute. The people can end the exercise with two minutes of breathing and it will take you in clarity of mind. You should also open the heart to focus on what you are going to manifest and in this way, you can spend 15 minutes total investment and you will get massive return.

This is the quickest way to bring the healthy changes of our mind. It will also help you to get the contentment, complaints and competition into compassion. It gives a positive affect on your body, we enjoy with life, we have more strength and energy.

What made you fall in love with yoga?

There are various other forms of exercise and nothing can give me the relaxing experience, as and when I finished my yoga exercises. As the workout was intensive, but I got relax after the exercise was over. It got the happiness in this way.
