However, the gorgeous colors and formula of these particular dry/wet eyeshadows are quite revolutionary actually. Depending on how you apply, they truly look two completely different shades. Wet gives you an opaque, super-intense result while dry gives a sheer, airbrushed finish (with lots of great colors).
