During the live transmission of his show, he announced his resignation from BOL news network. There were the rumors that he will join Hum News or he will stay at BOL news network. It is reported that he is going to start his own clothing brand, ‘Amir Liaqat Aik Pehchan’.

Lot of Pakistani people and local people attended the opening ceremony. He was very active during opening ceremony and he shared the news scenes to the fans and they congratulated him and wished him good luck for his business.
