If Kate Middleton wants a Zumba lesson, she’s got a teacher in the family!
Paul Harrison, a Zumba teacher from Paignton, Devon, discovered that he is the future Queen’s second cousin. “It’s just surreal, I can’t believe it,” he told Us Weekly exclusively. “To think that I am related to Kate Middleton, the princess to be. I mean, I am just a Zumba teacher from Devon.”
The 53-year-old’s grandfather was brother to Middleton’s great-grandfather. But does this shared bloodline mean Harrison will receive an invite to the 29-year-old’s upcoming wedding? “They haven’t been in touch [with me] yet,” Harrison revealed.
Still, the Zumba teacher is looking forward to the April 29 nuptials. “I would like to throw a party,” he said. “But I’ll watch it for sure. I would [like to] send my best wishes. I’m very proud.”
Harrison added: “I could give them a family voucher for my Zumba class. They can come and join in any time. I have a wide age range of youngsters up to early sixties and seventies. So the Queen would feel comfortable.”
