Husband Files for Divorce & Iggy Denies Marriage
There is news that Iggy Azalea will get divorce and the interesting thing is that neither she nor we know that she was married.
In the divorce documents that we’ve obtained, it is written that Hefe Wine (Maurice Williams) wants to end the common law marriage and it is filed in Texas.
Wine says that they both accepted to live as men and wife according to common law marriage and since September 2008, they have been living together but last year they start living separately.
It is considered legal marriage in Texas if a man and woman live together for some time and agreed to married while show others as husband and wife.
Onhte other hand, Iggy told that she never agreed to be married and never said herself as wife of Hefe.
Hefe has requested the judge they collected various assets during their marriage and Iggy should be stopped from selling them. Hefe and Iggy have been arguing angrily over the rights of music she wrote during their ‘marriage’ and the worth of this money is in millions of currency.
In case judge accepts the marriage, then the share of this music during their marriage will become half for both. According to Iggy, it is a hopeless attempt by him to take the money.
