Kim Kardashian got married with the NBA soccer player, Kris Humphries some days ago. But their marriage got only 72 or more days and Kim want to get divorce from the soccer player.

She sued a case against her husband in the court for getting divorce and prayed to the court for immediate solution of her divorce. The reasons of the divorce are not known as why she want to get divorce. The lawyer of her husband files a request in the court opposing the speedy trial of the course. The plaintiff opted that her wife got pregnant and now she wanted to get advantage of her pregnancy which he never let her to get.
The attorney also said that he did not know that what type of news they are concealing. He also said that he did not know what the aim of this divorce is, as marriage has been done about 72 days ago and now they are going to get divorce. The speedy trials means that they are going to conceal and do not want to tell any one and they are feeling fear for the exposure of something.

The lawyer opts that Kim perceived an unplanned pregnancy during the period and now they are going to conceal it from the court and get the advantage of this pregnancy. So they are trying and forcing the court to start speedy trial of the case and get this case settled immediately.

Kris opted in the court that it is necessary for him to be present in the court when this case is going on and at the deposing of Kardashian but he has the game schedule according to which he will remain busy with his game till mid-May or June. Kim also tries her best for getting the decision at the earlier time and she does not want to linger on with the case.

Kim said that she wanted Kris be happy and they proceed on the case till its final decision. She also said that Kris wanted annulment and he did not want a divorce to her. She said that Kris was thinking that I had done a fraud with him and married with him to get publicity as he was a famous world class soccer player and now I wanted to get divorce from him. But he is thinking wrong as I did not do any fraud with him. He wanted to annulment but I wanted to get divorce from him.
They got married but their marriage was not successful and they decided to get separation so she filed a suit for divorce from her husband just after 72 days of the marriage on October 31, 2011. But on the other hand, the lawyer of Kris claimed that they are ready for trial with discovery and this process would be completed till the end of 2012. He added that “if everybody was cooperative and according to this dictation, everybody will not be cooperative which means that we are going to get orders of the court and go through the process for making assessment with the information and not ready to go for trial. Then court fixed the next date of hearing of this case as February 15 at 08:30 in the morning.
