It’s important for me to stay on top of my fitness, fashion and beauty routines without any compromise because of my camera-work though I travelled a lot. When you’re travelling, it’s easy for you to come down from effort but luckily there’s no official workout schedule for me to remain in shape. Instead to save a lot of time, I rely on implementing daily activity for my exercise. I prefer to exercise throughout the day and always be moving whether it’s parking in the place far away from shopping center or using stairs instead of elevators. I walk at a brisk pace when I walk around the office. It also helps me get more trained along with burning my calories. With love ones or even business associates, I try to switch lunch meetings for hikes or walks with them. Lastly I try to get in 10,000 steps a day and use a wristband to count them. I try my best though I don’t get all of them every day. As I can’t engage in official workouts, so these activities and this state of mind really makes a difference. Music, from hard rock to pop is very helpful. To complete the need, I’ve been getting in to ‘I Heart Radio’ and all their list of songs. These playlists are very necessary for working out and travel.

Having said that, it’s also beneficial to have a proper workout even without using any or little equipment or go to gym, though I think it’s important to keep moving all day. In my book, I outlined various routines for desk and bedside workouts along with park, urban and outdoor workouts. Nothing else than a park bench is necessary for my favorite routines. You can do much better if you can invest on space-saving, inexpensive and effective tools like mats, resistance bands, light dumbbells and balls. I also find that I can have a better workout with these modern and fashion choices.

Beauty-wise, my must-haves include body, lip and face sun-screen though with season and depending on where I am going, my needs change. The unprotected exposure to sun increases your dangers of skin cancer and it can also age your skin. I make sure to pack wisely all my beauty products and fashion pieces. I don’t overpack as I lay out recycle pieces within outfits and my outfits on my bed. I save myself from much stress and time by this. Also since I travelled too much so I put my makeup in plastic zippered pouches and I hang them in my bathroom easily after just take them out of my suitcase. You can save from additional stress during travel by packing properly. I utilize every crevice of my suitcase as I properly fold the clothes. Useful space is provided by the perimeter surrounding clothing for sneakers, flats, roll up clothing and underwear. The socks are put inside shoes and sneakers.
During flying and travelling I use to drink lot of water. The access to filtered and bottled water is more limited while we stay in hotels and motels during travel. You could be more dehydrated due to poor eating and drinking. You can compensate that by picking up bottled water and even fruits and vegetables from a grocery when you land.
