Since the start of his dating with Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian is losing his weight constantly and now in just few months, he has lost lots of his weight.
Rob Kardashian is looking far better as compared to his previous years and it looks his exercise plan and strict diet has worked. On 23rd March, we saw few of his photos in which he avoiding his normally used hoodies and instead wearing fitted t-shirts. In January, his girl friend Blac Chyna (27) promised to change his diet and the effects of this new diet are clearly visible.
Now Rob is looking quite healthier and fit in his shirts and there is no need for him to use baggy dresses. In Los Angeles, he was seen running while wearing a white t-shirt in which he was looking quite slimmer and has also reduced his belly a lot.
As compared to his photos two months ago when they both met, the difference in weight for Rob is unbelievable. Now it seems that the main reason behind his weight loss was her desire to look good in front of his woman that helped him to lose weight very quickly. With this speed, he can even surpass his sister Kardashian (21) who told on 21st March that she still has to lose 28 pounds after losing 42 pounds within three months of birth of his son Saint West.
At Instagram, Rob showed his pictures of gym but it is his diet that helped him get rid of extra weight for which he changed his eating habits with guidance from Blac. She told photographers on 30th January that she is helping him losing his weight by recommending chicken, mushrooms and spinach and avoiding red meat. Now it seems that the dieting plan was quite strict that has worked in little time.
