Shaneira Akram is the wife of former Pakistani cricketer Wasim Akram. They got married on 12^th August 2013 in a private ceremony. Wasim Akram is 17 years older than his current and 2^nd wife. Shaniera is also the CEO of Akram Foundation. The couple appeared in Kapil Sharma Show in 2016.

Her previous name was Shaneira Thompson and she belongs to Australian city of Melbourne. Now the couple is living in Karachi where Wasim bought a house. She is now Muslim as she converted to Islam before her marriage with Wasim. Both got engaged in 2011 in Melbourne. Shaneira shifted to Karachi permanently in August 2013 after marriage.
