According to a US court, the song “Loca” by famous singer Shakira is an illegal copyright issue and the decision about the damages is expected soon. This song is copied from Dominican Republic’s poet Arias song which he wrote in 1990, according to the court decision. The claim was also rejected by the court that the English version and actual version of the song are different. This song, sung by Shakira, was released in 2010 and its more than 5 million albums were sold worldwide.
