He was born in Sao Paulo but he was impressed by Romanian and Polish style, started taking interest in the age of ten and has awareness about his interest. When he was studying in a local Jewish Orthodox school, he started help his mother for designing clothes in her lingerie factory. He also got fashion training at Catholic institution Santa Marceline College of Arts.

Soon Herchchovitch set up his own company for designing dresses which were first time showcased in Brazil in 1993. Soon after that his designs were found in London, Paris and New York. He exhibited his spring/summer collection in Manhattan first time in 2005 where he displayed his dresses by arranging of a catwalk into vibrant and exclusive colors and designed perfectly.
Herchcovitch displayed his Brazilian style which is mingled with myriad fascination resulting to complex clothing for the people who deliver their statement deliberately. A jacket, tailored by him gave straight forward appearance when looking from the front side but showing ruffle and dancing down from the back side ended with excellent touches. Such type of dresses indicates the philosophy of making wearable art for male and female.
Herchcovitch is rich taste of designing male and female collection which attracts the people belongs from different classes of life. He has two stores in Sao Paulo where he exhibits four stocks per year for male and female other than the partnership with big companies like Converse.
