Marc Jacobs was born in Upper West Side of New York in 1963. He made prophecies that what kind of dresses female living in all parts of the world want to wear. His collections were comprised of super-flat ‘mouse’ pumps, sergeant Pepper-style denim jackets or ‘Venetia’ handbags fitted with outsized silver buckles.

Jacobs joined club culture and started observing beautiful; people at the Mudd Club, Studio 54 and Hurrah as teenager. After passing his high school examination Jacobs obtained a fashion degree from Parsons School of Design. His displayed his graduation collection in 1984 where were specified for brightly colored knits, caught the eye of Robert Duffy who was the business partner of Jacobs. Both exhibited the first Marc Jacobs collection in 21986 and won CFDA award next year.
Jacobs got appointment of head designer at Perry Ellis in 1989. There he got tr3emedous experience and his most remarkable collection of 1993 and he also displayed satin Birkenstocks and silk plaid shirts. In 1997 Jacobs was also offered job by LVMH as artistic designer at Louis Vuitton. Jacobs has extended the image of his company after making coordination with artists Takashi Murakami and Stephen Sprouse for various designs on seasonal handbags and making its re-positioning for ready-to-wear fashion label. During this time LVMH also supported the company of Jacobs, which was exhibited by Marc by Marc Jacobs in 2001 and his first fragrance in 2001 and a home ware collection in 2003.
