At a star packed event held during Paris Couture Week, Bulgari took an unusual step on showcasing on a catwalk its high-jewelry collection.
Guests gathered at gastronomic restaurant that include Eric Bana, Jared Leto, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, Arizona Muse, Zachary Quinto, Luke Evans, Alexander Ludwig, Poppy Delevigne and Olivia Palemro but the party could not be spilled into its lush garden due to a steady drizzle.
Models paraded from diamond jewelry such as a fully paved Serpenti bracelet to Bulgari famous creations ranging from brightly colored pieces like yellow gold necklace set with stones including topazes, tourmalines and amethysts.
Bulgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin said after the show that 40% of the new collection is made up of diamond jewelry which is the largest that this Roman firm produced ever.
He explained that only had colored precious and semi-precious stones in the past but this year they showed that they’re master of gems especially diamonds.
Former French first-lady Bruni-Sarkozy is fronting her brand’s second ad campaign, she said they wanted to make campaigns for everyday women who eat, sleep, smile, active, busy and it has been cleared by the second campaign. She said she’s Franco-Italian. Her music makes her Frank while she’s represented at Italian in Bulagri.
