Yesterday, Emily Deschanel’s press agent confirmed to UsMagazine.com that the actress is expecting her first child. Congratulations, Emily!

This will be the first child actress, 34, best known for her role as a socially awkward but brilliant forensic scientist on TV, “Bones. ” She and her husband, writer and actor David Hornsby, have been married since September last year, although they have been dating since  2007 – which is eons in Hollywood.
