On Sunday evening Mary Katrantzou was inspired by the translation of the global bank notes and global postage stamps into standout prints which literally took to the runway.

Mary presented for this Spring 2013 a much looser silhouette with trapeze dresses, boxy sleeves dresses, high volume skirts, free flowing chiffon dresses, shirt dresses, blouson sleeve dresses and sleeveless drop waist maxi dresses.
These featuring printed pieces were presented in different shades of green, orange, white, blue and pops of yellow. Before the collection motivated on to the evening wear, there was a break from colorful prints of the suit with dark blue glossy and a green color vest match with the pencil skirt.

That’s how the prints of banknote came to being on mixed color metallic palette created with mesh of Swarovski crystal by the technique of printed pioneer glass and bonded with silk brocades, which gives the shimmering look on the red carpet.
Amazing collection of ankle boots were created by Christian Louboutin. Some boots were two tone, some were accented wavy stamp trim. Strappy ankle strap sandals were also present there.
