Another fashion giant, Ottavio Missoni has died at the age of 92. Missoni has started his world-renowned fashion brand, Missoni with his wife, Rosita. He died in his hometown at Sumirago in Italy.
Ottavio started his career as an athlete and participated in the London Olympics in 1948 where he participated in the hurdles race and in these games they met with each other during a lunch which was organized by the Italian. He was known for his nickname, Tai and Rosita was working with the knitting work of the tracksuits.

When Ottavio got retirement from the games after five years, they got married in the northern Italy in Golasecca, then they settled in Gallarate and they started their business in the fashion field when they started their own label Missoni.

They did their first exhibition of their brand in 1958 and people appreciated the products designed by this fashion brand. This brand got popularity when they started their working with the geometric knits and patterns having zigzag.
The fashion brand of Ottavio becomes the family business as their three races are working in this fashion field. His wife Rosita is still working with the home ware projects and the accessories department has been looked over by the grand daughter, Margherita. Other children of Ottavio look the working of other departments of the fashion brand. His eldest son and his wife got missed while flying in a small aircraft near the coast of Venezuela in January.
