Anne Sofie proved that Danish Design has an international arrangement when she took the Danish fashion press with storm in 2009 when she presented her final project from Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. In 2011, Anne Sofie madsen was selected by the Vauxhall Fashion Scout as ‘Once to Watch’ after her opening the Copenhagen Fashion Week with the SS12 collection. For this selection, she showcased the AW 12/ 13 collection in Milan, London, Saint Petersburg and Kiev. Now in August at Copenhagen Fashion Week, Anne Sofie Madsen will present her SS2013 collection. There is a combination of commercial approach with couture look of Anne Sofie Madsen which will present both ready to wear and made to order styles. This collection reflects the experience of designer at the House of John Galliano and at the Parisian trend forecaster Peclers.

In London at the House of Alexander McQueen, Anne Sofie Madsen was appointed as Junior Designer before her graduation. The traditional Danish design and Anne’s unique sartorial skills are the main sense of inspiration in the designs of Anne Sofie Madsen which includes a combination of light materials and serious advanced ultramodern application. To summarize, this collection has international design and it will once again strengthen the position of Copenhagen as the most stimulating fashion city of northern Europe.
