After losing around 40 pounds, Khloe Kardashian cannot be called as the “fat sister” by any means now. The reality star wants to live a healthier life while it is also possible for you to reduce your weight by using these easy methods adopted by Khloe.

  1. 1. Have Healthy Snacks Prepped and Ready

She told that healthy items are the only things she used to eat while feeling hungry. Due to presence of healthy food, there is no reason for her to use unhealthy diet like cookie in place of vegetable which was her previous diet.

She said that she was like fish in the hospital that drinks lots of water as it flushes you out that will make you feel better.

  1. 3. Allow Occasional Treats — But Don’t Go Crazy

According to Khloe, she would eat a piece of cake instead of depriving herself from the taste but she will remain these things in check and would not cross the limit. When she has severe cravings, she would go for cheat foods like one or two glasses or a piece of pizza but not more than that.

  1. 4. Eat Something Post-Workout to Avoid Hanger

She further told that soon after her workout, she would have a protein shake and fruits as these things prevent irritation after exercise.

  1. 5. Focus on How Much Better You Feel

After gym, she feels very nice and comfortable while it is not possible to feel good after exercise if you eat things like pizza after workouts.
