It is reported that Mischa Barton has been admitted in the hospital for the mental assessment. The former OC actress was showing in the back garden of her home and she was hanging over the fence and she also said that her mother was a witch. She also made some other worrying claims about the world shattering. Different pictures of Mischa were published and it showed that she was in worrying scenes. The neighbor called the emergency services to take her out from her back garden and take her to the hospital. It was also reported that she wore dress shirt when she was in trouble in the back garden. She was taken to the hospital for the psychological assessment.
It was reported that 30 years old actress was due to begin her work on the sex comedy and she was cast in the lead role, which was promoted in March 2014. She did not start work and she remained on the holiday in Europe. She forced the director, Daniel Lief to recast her in the lead role. The production of the project was delayed and the director cast him £227,000 ($300,000).
The court documents revealed that court ordered Mischa to pay Lief £150,000 ($200,000).
It was reported that the producers received email from mother of Mischa and production was due to start but they were informed that the actress was in Europe and she would remained busy there till 20th of the month.
Then they sued the actress after watching her pos photos of her journey, which were uploaded on the social media during that time when she should have been on the set.
Barton performed in the movies, ‘Notting Hill’ and ‘The Sixth Sense’ before start the role of Marissa Cooper in Fox series of the OC.
It is not the first legal conflict in which she was involved and she has concerns with her mother in the last one. She has the dispute with Nuala Barton as she was accused of the deliberately delaying the sale of $7m home and she has this home in Beverly Hills and she has refused her access, when she changed the locks.
This is the second time that Mischa Barton took her to the court and she claimed that Nuala Barton stole her money in 2015.
