The preparations for the annual Ice Festival in China are in last stages and the festival will start from 5th January. The 31st Ice & Snow Festival is going to be organized under the Chinese National Tourism Department. The artists have prepared the sculptures from ice and tourists from different areas of China are approaching to view these models.
