- Olive oil and mustard oil are very beneficial for daily softness, beauty and brightness of nails. Just dip your fingers in oil for five minutes daily and then wash with appropriate soap as its very easy nail care.
- Massage and clean your nails with cotton cloth dip in lemon juice at the end of day for at least 8-10 minutes. This regularly nail care massage may cause stronger, brighter and faster growth of nails.
- Soak your nails in half cup lemon juice for about 10 minutes, then wash with hot water and finally apply moisturizer to nails. This simple nail care will remove the stains of nails and long lasting cleanness with softness.
- Apply fragrance and formaldehyde free nail paints and acetone free nail remover, if you have very soft and sensitive nails.
- Avoid tobacco and other drugs for relaxation as such tobacco discolored the nails.
- Make a habit to take beet roots, vitamin E and calcium containing food in your daily routine because these are known as the food of nails.
- If you want natural pink color nails, then make a paste of water, lemon and henna and make a layer of this mixture on nails. Stay it in nails until it dry then wash and see the change.
- Moisturize your nails all the time for nail care if you suffering with any disease like splitting of nails and different ugly spots.
- Over polishing of nails cause the damaging of nails as it stop to breath the nails and suck all the nail liquid, then nail remover spoil the roots.
