The Plan

This is the Martial art routine, which Libin calls the martial 2s or 20-2 and it was the alternate between the two exercises & there was not rest between reps and sets.

You should start with the first set and complete the exercise for 20 reps, then in the second set, you should complete it with 18 reps. Maintain it by reducing the 2 steps in every set and you will reach to the 0 in five minutes and your time of 5 minutes will be expired.

It will be very difficult for you or you will consider it impossible and it will be considered to zero in the first attempt. When you will try it for the next time, then you will get it further along. It is a beautiful challenge and has the great source of motivation to continue the progress so that you can reach to the zero goal.

You should stand feet hip-width with the 15 pounds dumbbell in hands with elbows bent.

Bend your knees and the hinge forward with the 45 degree and sit on the butt back while straightening the arms & enhance the weight towards the floor to start.

You should pull the weight overhead and bend the arms at the chest. Then you should take the swift motion, then you should turn and start for the reps with repeat it quickly.

 

Then you should use your momentum as well as strength to jump and switch the legs. In such shape, you should bring right leg up and outside of the right hand. Then you should carry on jump switching feet quickly for reps.
