To determine who will become the 61st Miss Universe, which on Wednesday night in Las Vegas, will take place, the National Costume Show is not a part of the judging.

2011 Miss Universe is boasted by Miss Angola, Leila Lopes. This year, to crown another winner from her country, Lopes is probably hoping for it.
