In her own reality TV show, Leah Remini is to star.

The actress of “Kings of Queens”, who last year quits Scientology, has been given half-an-hour 12 episodes for her untitled program by TLC, which began filming 5th of March.

TLC’s manager Nancy Daniels says that Leah is a hard-working, no-nonsense, relatable wife, mom, sister and daughter. For the network, her unfiltered family and sharp humor are a perfect match. The 43 year old star will be accompanied by Angelo, her husband whom she married…

Exercise can do almost anything. It helps people sleep better and lose weight and also aids in the prevention of disease and colds. Hitting the gym can also reduce stress as it creates endorphins to uplift moods and energy levels. It would seem that more is better, with all these benefits. But really is that the case?

Experts recommend moderately intense exercise about 30 minutes/day five days a week, to stay healthy. 60 to 90 minutes a day five times a week is the goal, if you’re trying to lose or maintain your weight, and we’re talking calorie-burning cardio and heart-pumping.
